We just came back from our vacation in the Bahamas and Key West, Florida. It’s still hard for me to switch from a vacation mode to an everyday higher pace environment with office work and heavy duty traffic during rush hours. In the meantime, I’m sharing photos from a few weeks ago when the cherry and magnolia trees were in full bloom. The pictures were taken in Grand Avenue Park in Everett, WA. This is one of the most beautiful spots in historic Everett with all its grand houses and mansions facing the Puget Sound.
The park is a lovely spot to visit any time of the year, but in spring it’s absolutely charming with all the blooming cherry trees lined up not only along the alley but everywhere in the neighborhood. Pink and white colors of the cherry blossom are so naturally soft and fragrance is so gentle. Diffused sunset light and clouds create a stunning background for blooming trees. No wonder why this park attracts so many families with kids and photographers for photoshoot opportunities. Definitely, it’s worth catching this moment as fast as possible because this beauty doesn’t last too long. So, I pulled out this light pink jacket and a matching suede purse to crea the outfit that would seamlessly blend with the pretty petals.
